How can I use the Jégkert loyalty card? Széna Tér loyalty card?
You can apply for the Jégkert loyalty card on our website, and you can use it in the garden area, the restaurant, and at the ice rink.
The application is free. The card is prepared on-site and can be picked up at the drink counter.
Every time you purchase a product or use our services at Jégkert, points are added to your Jégkert loyalty card based on your purchases. The value of points varies depending on the product and the time period. Each point is worth 1 HUF.
Points can be used during future payments, and up to 50% of the total bill can be paid with points. Loyalty points cannot be used for the daily menu or rink rentals at the ice rink.
Please hand over your loyalty card to our staff during every purchase and point redemption, as points can only be credited or debited with the use of the card!
We offer continuous promotions throughout the year for our loyal customers, during which more points are credited to loyalty cards for certain products and services. We provide information about promotions for loyal customers via email.
Your loyalty card must be activated upon every entry at Jégkert. While you are in the garden, your current consumption will be recorded on this card. Upon exit, the accumulated consumption on the card must be paid. The loyalty card does not need to be activated upon entry at the ice rink or restaurant, but please notify us in advance when placing an order or making a purchase if you have a loyalty card!
If the card is lost or damaged, the replacement fee is 500 HUF.
You can check your current card balance anytime on the jegkert.hu website by entering your 4-digit identification number and password.
