WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER YOU APPLY?
  • Once you fill out the form and click the submit application button, a confirmation page will appear, indicating that our system has received your application.
  • We will review the received job applications on the same day and decide who we would like to invite for a personal interview.
  • We will notify you by phone about this.
  • If we do not get back to you within 5 working days from the submission of the job advertisement, it means that unfortunately, you were not selected based on your application.
  • If your application is successful, there will be a 20-30 minute personal conversation where you can ask any questions you have, and of course, we would like to get to know you as well.
  • If during this conversation we mutually agree that we can “shake hands,” you could start working as soon as the next day.
  • Of course, if you are bound by a notice period at your previous job, we will take that into account.

WAITER

CHEF
If you love the world of food, always have new ideas in mind that you want to bring to life, enjoy preparing Hungarian/pub food dishes, and are dedicated to your craft and appearance, we are looking for you to join the Jégkert SuperChef team! Here, you can unleash your creativity in our continuously renewing Chef's Specials!
Expectations:
Well-groomed appearance, culinary qualification, at least 5 years of experience, ability to work independently, suitability for teamwork, reliability, a friendly smile 🙂, and no smoking.
Open SEASONAL Positions in Our GARDEN AREA - Jobs from April to the end of September
BARTENDER
If you love draft beers/gins, can quickly navigate a bar counter, enjoy keeping your area tidy, can hustle when the situation demands it, and your passion is creating various drinks from coffees to lemonades to long drinks - we are waiting for your application!
Expectations:
Impeccable appearance, ability to work independently, suitability for teamwork, reliability, a friendly smile 🙂, and you do not smoke.
RUNNER / ENTRY-LEVEL RESTAURANT STAFF
Do you have little experience in hospitality but want to try your hand at it? Apply for our entry-level restaurant staff position. Your main responsibilities will be serving food and drinks, as well as performing background tasks.
Expectations:
Impeccable appearance, ability to work independently, suitability for teamwork, reliability, a friendly smile 🙂, and you do not smoke.
COOK ASSISTANT
If you are interested in the wonderful world of burgers and would like to be involved in their preparation, or perhaps in keeping the units organized, then join the Jégkert cooking team! Plus, you will learn new things!
RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER
In the Jégkert outdoor area, there is a guest card system during the summer. Every arriving guest receives a guest card at the entrance counter, which they use for consumption throughout the day and settle their bill at the same counter upon departure. The task of the colleague here is to welcome the guests, issue guest cards, and handle payments with an extra friendly smile. 🙂
Expectations:
Excellent communication skills, basic English proficiency, polished appearance, friendly smile 🙂, and non-smoker.
TEMPORARY STAFF
If you are looking for a job that can easily fit around your studies, or if you want to supplement your income alongside a full-time job, or simply don’t want to commit long-term, apply to us as a temporary runner, temporary bartender, temporary cook, temporary server, or temporary kitchen assistant!
Expectations:

Open SEASONAL positions at our ICE RINK - Jobs available from November to the end of March
ICE RINK STAFF
If you love winter sports and enjoy communicating with guests, taking their orders (ice rink entry tickets, skate rentals, food and drink sales) all while smiling, quickly, and accurately, and being the face of Jégkert during the winter season, then we are looking for you for our ice rink!
Expectations:
Neat appearance, intermediate English language skills, good communication skills, ability to work independently, teamwork skills, reliability.
ICE RINK OPERATOR
If you love ice and would like to work at an ice rink, where you will spend most of your time operating the snow groomer (ice resurfacing machine), and also enjoy interacting with guests, apply for the ice rink operator position!
Responsibilities:

Expectations:
Neat appearance, intermediate English language skills, good communication skills, ability to work independently, teamwork skills, reliability. A driving license is an advantage, but not a requirement; we will train you to operate the machine :)
